Never played golf before, but wondering what all the buzz is about? We have an Intro to Golf package that will let you get a good foundation, decide if this is a sport you love (we think you will!), and it is a very affordable option! Do you have a buddy who wants to try golf with you? How about making it a date night with your love...adding one person to the Intro package is not only affordable, but guaranteed fun!

On Course Coaching

On-course instruction includes water, snack, any fees associated with the course, and targeted individualized instruction targeting a specific area of your choice:

  • Greens in regulation
  • Fairways in regulation
  • Putting and chipping
  • Shot Shaping
  • Club selection and distance control

Fitness Coaching

Golf is a sport that requires physical and mental strength, agility, and flexibility. As a Pilates and Yoga teacher, Cinna is uniquely equipped to help you improve core strength, flexibility, and range of motion by developing a personalized program that will help you grow confidence both on and off the course. Through the Pilates principles, Cinna can help you build skills and develop strategies to improve your mental game. Stop letting self-doubt and self-judgment get in the way of your golf game!

 

Although Fairway Focus's primary goal is to support golfers, fitness coaching is available to anyone interested. Sessions can focus on injury recovery, golf form, or other fitness goals.
